Wadi Oortuba project aims to create a livable and sustainable development responsive to Riyadh’s climate and environment on a 2.5 ha plot of land. The components of the project are a mix of apartment buildings, surround clusters of villas that are arranged in a Woonerf-style urban planning.
This type of ‘living street’ development layout favors pedestrians over motorists, assuring each neighborhood a communal and safe environment. The master plan offers as well neighborhoods playgrounds and pools, a central clubhouse offering a variety of sports and leisure activities, retail strip.
